🚨 Radcliffe to Moorgate Relocation Information 🚨
Consultation & Questionnaire Deadline: Friday the 31st of January 2025
We’re proposing to relocate our Radcliffe services to Moorgate Primary Care Centre. All our in-person consultation sessions have now completed, however, there is still plenty of time to express your concerns and views before the consultation period ends.
The deadline for questionnaires and Emails is Friday the 31st of January 2025, after this date we will collate the responses and present the information to the ICB for final consideration.
Once a decision has been made, we will ensure that everyone impacted is made aware of any potential changes.
