AccuRx – Online Services at Rock

We are pleased to inform you that starting from Tuesday, 9th December 2025, we will be using Accurx for online consultations.

Acute Daily Triage will be available between 08:00 and 10:00 (or until capacity has been reached).
Routine/Admin/Prescription Requests remain open between 08:00 and 18:30.

Please submit your request through Accurx Triage during the specified hours for prompt care.
You will be triaged by a clinician if appropriate the same day.
You may be redirected to alternative services best suited to provide your care.
A submission does not guarantee an appointment.
phone call will result in your case being added to the daily triage queue manually by the reception team and does not go into a separate pot.

Important Information:

  • Purpose: The AccuRx service is designed for assessing acute but non-emergency conditions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please visit the hospital or call 999.
  • Acute Conditions Suitable for Ask My GP:
    • Sudden onset of mild to moderate pain (e.g., back pain, headaches)
    • Suspected minor infections (e.g., throat, ear, or skin infections)
    • Coughs and colds that are worsening
    • Mild breathing discomfort, such as a new or persistent cough
    • Unexplained mild fever
    • Minor injuries that do not require immediate hospital care (e.g., sprains, minor cuts)
    • Worsening of mild symptoms in pre-existing conditions (e.g., asthma flare-ups, mild allergies)
