At Rock Healthcare, we are committed to providing safe, inclusive, and compassionate care for all our patients, including those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, or questioning.
We understand that members of the LGBTQ+ community may face unique health experiences, and we are here to support you with understanding and respect at every step of your journey. Our clinicians and support staff are trained to listen without judgement and to provide care that reflects your individual needs.
What We Offer
Sexual Health
We offer confidential sexual health advice and referrals, contraception advice and prescriptions, and treatment options tailored to your needs and circumstances. Our team is here to provide care in a way that’s open, respectful and non-assumptive.
Mental Health and Wellbeing
We recognise that LGBTQ+ people are at greater risk of experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression and isolation. If you’re struggling or just need someone to talk to, we’re here to help. You can request support from a clinician you feel comfortable with.
Gender Identity Support
For trans and non-binary patients, we understand that accessing gender-affirming care can feel daunting. We can provide referrals, ongoing health monitoring, and a supportive environment where your identity is respected. If you’re just starting to explore these conversations, we’re here for that too.
General Health
We believe in treating the whole person. Whatever your health concerns, if it’s related to LGBTQ+ issues or not you’ll always be met with dignity, understanding and care.
If there’s anything you’re unsure about or if you’d like to speak to someone in confidence, please get in touch with our team. We are here to support you — your health, your identity, your way.
