Welcome to the Spring edition of this community booklet
This information booklet has been created to support social prescribing across Prestwich and to share information about what is on locally. It will give you details of some community groups, what they do, where they are located and how to contact them and join in. It will also give more generalised information about services to support specific needs as well as some of the fun things that are going on in and around Prestwich.
